Inside Sales Represenative

Our ideal candidate will be a lead in a Sr. ASP.net Developer position. Very strong ASP.net development skills on the front end and ability to work in a small to medium team environment is essential. This position reports directly to the VP of Product Development, while working closely with other developers on the team to improve features in our flagship EHR/PM product.

Support
EHR/PM Customer Support

The support department position requires at least one year of current experience in the medical field, either working in an office setting doing billing or EHR/EMR work, or one year of experience in an EHR or PM support position. This is a fast paced environment for someone who has the ability to solve problems, multitask and work well with people.

This position directly supports the end users with questions on the use and functionality of our proprietary Electronic Health Records and Practice Management software. This position serves as the 1st level of support, including assisting clients with questions on scheduling appointments, taking payments, entering patient information into the EHR, processing charges and payments, and new version features as they are rolled out.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver who communicates and listens effectively to customers, is comfortable working with technology and can learn new technical skills quickly. Candidates must have previous experience using EHR/EMR and PM software either as an end user or as product support agent.

This is not an IT position, however someone excellent computers skills and on the Windows platform is a must.
